This tool provides a strategic, future planning tool for the housing sector to support our homes and environment to be as accessible as possible.

Published by the SHFA’s Innovation and Future Thinking programme, the tool allows Scottish housing associations, co-operatives and others involved in housing and urban development to think holistically about inclusive approaches to housing development, maintenance and repair, and the wider urban environment.
