20 Minute neighbourhood - Rapid Scoping Assessment - Argyll and Bute
The Argyll and Bute RSA assessed the indicative Regional Spatial Strategy.
The Covid19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of local places for people's health and wellbeing. Spatial planning policy shapes local neighbourhoods, with significant impacts on the health and wellbeing of both current and future residents.
Three Rapid Scoping Assessments (RSA) took place from November 2020 to March 2021. They explored how to apply the National Performance Framework, Place and Wellbeing Outcomes and 20 minute neighbourhood ambitions to different parts of Scotland at a local, council and regional scale. The Argyll and Bute RSA assessed the indicative Regional Spatial Strategy. Each report presents potential impacts on the wellbeing of people and planet and summarises key issues and recommendations.
